Here’s what you’ll need:
3 Ripe Bananas (mashed)
¼ Cup of Butter
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Beaten Egg
2 Cups of Flour
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp of Baking Soda
A pinch of Salt
First things first: Preheat your oven to 350 F. Use a large bowl to mix melted butter and mashed bananas. Now add all the other ingredients with flour being the last and blend them all. Now butter a pan and pour the mix into it. Put it in the oven and bake for an hour approximately. Leave it to cool for a while and your banana bread is ready to be sliced and served!
