Sunbeam 5891 Bread Machine Reviews:
Our research into the Sunbeam 5891 bread machine revealed a lot of very good reviews. One review said “After 10 loaves of different types of bread, I can say this is a reliable consistent basic bread machine that works well and is extremely cheap.” Another said “I have now cooked over 200 loaves in 13 months. Very easy to use, minimal effort required.” One review that we found on Amazon.com had someone come back three years later to add to their review and say that they were still using the same breadmaker. The general consensus seems to be that this is an easy to use machine, makes delicious bread, and is easy to cleanup.
There were some negative reviews of this machine and most of the people that gave a negative review said that the loaves frequently fall. One of the reviewers complained that the recipes that are included are wrong and include too much yeast. People that use their own recipes however seemed to have very good results and no problems with falling loaves.
Although there were some negative reviews, out of nearly 500 reviews the positive comments outweighed the negative by a factor of more than four to one. However, even some of the positive reviewers said “throw away the recipe book” so in conclusion, our research suggests that this is a very good machine at a very affordable price and is certainly worth considering if you’re shopping for a breadmaker but you may want to go ahead and buy a recipe book to go along with it.
